About Us

We are a small Hamilton based Company who can assist businesses New Zealand wide.  We have over 30 years’ experience in serving the food and manufacturing industries, working with all organizational levels, and so we have a wealth of practical knowledge and skills to offer.

We pride ourselves on a positive approach to interpreting what can be complicated and difficult to understand rules, regulations and guidelines, and then working with you to take a practical approach in applying them to your business.

Our Managing Director

Sue Crocker is the founder of our organization.  Sue had 17 years experience in the Food Industry and 13 years in manufacturing (plastics), before starting the Company.  Sue has over 35 years experience in Health and Safety Systems Management and implementation, and 20 years experience in Quality Systems and risk management systems.

Qualifications:

• National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Workplace Safety) Level 3

• National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Co-ordination) Level 4

• National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) – Level 3

• Unit Standard 12626 (HACCP)

• NZOQ Certificate in Quality Systems Auditing and Principles
